IAN F. TABERNER AIA.   DIRECTOR / SENIOR CONSULTANT

Ian Frederick Taberner, US Citizen, Pratt Institute (BofArch 1981) and Harvard University GSD (MDesS 1994).  Apprenticed with the architects Larsen/Juster and Emilio Ambasz. The Associated Architects, I. M. Pei and Partners, and Ellerbe Architects and Planners. Began teaching in 1984 and is currently Director of Master’s Thesis at the Boston Architectural College. Taught at the New York Institute of Technology, The University of Michigan, Lawrence Institute of Technology, and The State University of New York, His work has won the AIA award and exhibited in the Venice biennale. Ian is a registered architect in NY state.

BEREDER FREDERIC  DESIGN CONSULTANT

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction field, Fred Bereder has experimented with finding the original solution. His specialty is to develop a unique solution, which can fill the demands of society. His philosophy is to make utopia a reality. Between the effusive Fench character and the Asian sense of harmony, Fred, develop a unique atmosphere. His Architecture production is both an evocation of the extraordinary spirit of French creativity and a celebration of the Asian inspiration of Nature. Mr. Bereder is both a registered architect in Japan and France.


QING LU  MUP. AIA. MANAGER / DIRECTOR

Qing has over 25 years of work experience in Architecture /Landscape architecture /Urban Planning and proven abilities in a variety of design and planning-related fields. With a particular interest in Master Planning/creative conceptual design (both architecture and landscape architecture), Qing is currently working on multidisciplinary projects as well as continuing his career as a team leader. His work experiences bring him understanding from both the East and West perspectives. He has worked for SZLAD since graduation from the school of architecture at Southeast University in Nanjing, China. After moving to Canada, Qing has worked for Forrec Ltd on many high-profile projects including Universal Studio. Qing has studied in the graduate school of planning at McGill University and is a registered architect.


LIN CHEN  MLA. CSLA.  DESIGN DIRECTOR

Chen Lin has over 8 years of work experience in Forrec Ltd. in Theme Park Planning /Landscape Architecture and 5 years’ work experience in Chinese Architecture Company. Chen Lin finishes lots of International Projects including world-famous theme parks design. She has both master’s degree in landscape architecture in Canada and a bachelor’s degree in architecture in China. She has a strong ability in landscape design and comprehensive control of large-scale landscape projects. She has well understood the procedure of tourism projects and is familiar with collaborations with overseas design companies. The major projects she participated in include Wanda Project Xishuangbanna, Wanda Theme Park Guangzhou, Wanda Indoor Theme Park Nanning, Chimelong Water Park Guangzhou, Universal Studios Dubai, Universal Studios Moscow, LEGOLAND Florida, LEGOLAND Japan, LEGOLAND Korea, and SeaWorld San Antonio.

GUANGHAI ZENG  ASAI. DESIGN DIRECTOR

Worked as a senior architect in MSA Architects, the USA for more than 10 years, recently project leader in Singapore State & City Planning Consultants co., LTD. Throughout his entire career, he has been in charge of large and medium-sized construction projects, and extensively participated in all phases of design procedures such as master plan schematic design and construction documents. he has solid skills in preliminary design, client negotiation, architectural bidding, site investigation, and design contracts, etc.
